Application notes

The effect of a localized load on a slotted profile is similar to the action of a force applied to a lever (such as a crowbar): with the increase of the distance (lever arm) from the fulcrum, the lever increases proportionally.
Hypothesis of linear behaviour
The stress effect is the same with:- 60 kg at 10 cm;
- 30 kg at 20cm;
- 20 kg at 30 cm;

Inside support load

Overhang load
This linear behaviour is no more valid for the loads that overhang the shelf bracket/support.
